Framework Agreements
A framework agreement is a general term for agreements which set
out terms and conditions under which specific purchases (call-offs)
can be made throughout the term of the agreement. We have been
awarded numerous frameworks over the years; current OJEU compliant
agreements under which public sector bodies may procure our
services on a sole source, single tender action or negotiated
procedure basis include:
