Spikes Cavell and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) have partnered to bring the NIGP Observatory to the Public Sector in the US, an innovative data transformation methodology and hosted online toolset based on Spikes Cavell's proven track record in delivering market leading spend analysis and spend management solutions to more than 700 UK public sector organizations covering more than £250bn ($400bn) of UK public sector expenditure.

Combining NIGP's expertise in public sector procurement best practice, NIGP and Spikes Cavell have introduced the  ‘Market Leaders & Innovators' program. Through the program, selected organizations have been invited to work in partnership with us to implement the NIGP Observatory in their own organizations to improve spend visibility and measure and record savings identified and delivered. In return for this partnership with the participating agencies, the program is offered at a highly completive rate based on delivering results through use of the NIGP Observatory.
