The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills ( formerly known as the Department for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform) has recently starting working with Spikes Cavell in order to provide visibility of spend across the departments under its remit including UK Trade and Industry and the Department of  Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills

The remit of BIS is to create the policy critical to grow the economy, from higher education, skills and science to innovation, enterprise and business. As such they are looking to identify common areas of spend across the bodies across the BIS family.
