National Trust chooses Spikes Cavell for Spend Analysis

Wednesday, 28 October, 2009

As a charity organisation, The National Trust is reliant for income on membership fees, donations and legacies, and revenue raised from their commercial operations. They protect and open to the public over 300 historic houses and gardens and 49 industrial monuments and mills, as well as forests, woods, fens, beaches, farmland, downs, moorland, islands, archaeological remains, castles, nature reserves and villages.

With largely devolved purchasing and many budget holders, the National Trust are working with Spikes Cavell to gain an understanding of their spend profile and consolidate their spend by region. They are particularly looking to identify potential collaboration opportunities both with other charities and also local authorities within their local regions.
