North and North East Lincolnshire Councils have engaged with Spikes Cavell in order to underpin their shared service initiative. There is a particular initiative within the area in terms of the support of the local economy and in particular SME organisations. Spikes Cavell's Source Local will enable the council to identify local and SME organisations they are not currently doing business with, in order to find opportunities to target more of their spend with these organisations.
