Working in conjunction with partners Hedra, Spikes Cavell have recently signed a deal with the National Policing Improvement Agency to provide spend intelligence services to police forces in England and Wales.

NPIA has been set up to support the police service by providing expertise in areas as diverse as information and communications technology, support to information and intelligence sharing, core police processes, managing change and recruiting, developing and deploying people.
