For the second year running, the Scottish Executive have renewed their Observatory subscription with Spikes Cavell in order to provide spend intelligence solutions to the majority of all individual public sector bodies in Scotland.

Spikes Cavell has already been working through the Scottish Executive to provide services to Scottish Local Authorities, NHS and Education. This year the Executive have chosen to expand the service to include all of Higher and Further Education; NHS, Central and Local Government and Police, Fire and Rescue Services. In total this includes 182 separate organisations in Scotland.

Spikes Cavell have also been working in close co-operation with the Scottish Executive to develop new products and online tools in the areas of Contract Compliance and Performance Monitoring.
