Spikes Cavell has been working actively with the Surrey Procurement Network ( SPN) to help them devise a plan to identify savings. The Surrey Procurement Network is a collaboration of 11 Surrey local authorities, which aims to collaborate to achieve best value by exploiting opportunities to combine regional buying power through joint working and partnerships.

Working in conjunction with partners Helm, Spikes Cavell won a competitive tender to implement the Observatory spend analysis solution at the eleven authorities. As a result of the spend analysis work, the SPN have been able to identify significant savings opportunities. The contract with the SPN has now been extended to include Surrey County Council.
